Service

We offer warranty and post-warranty services on the entire territory of the Czech Republic. A standard
service is completed within three business days after a request for the service is received. Another option
is a fast service, when the customer pays a fixed fee to have service available 24 hours a day. If there
is a need for an emergency service, it is provided within a shorter and previously agreed time period.
Trained users who have relevant spare parts available, may maintain their equipment by themselves.
Monitoring and remote control and management
Continuous system monitoring together with continuous result and function evaluations enable us to react
and respond quickly to emerging problems or to eliminate problems entirely. Remote control and management
enables us to change configuration of the relevant device or to update firmware.
