We are the provider of AGNES-CONEL telecommunication data services using GSM and GPRS public mobile networks. The AGNES system significantly expands the options of GPRS technology and offers other uses of GSM networks for data transfer.

AGNES enables connection between remote technology systems with different communication protocols (MODBUS, S-BUS, MBUS, IEC, etc.). The communication process is not limited only to PPP protocol as the standard GPRS infrastructure. The system offers low acquisition and operational expenses. Besides new GPRS modems the system does not require any other equipment or modifications of the user devices. Immediately after installation, the system works everywhere where the GSM-GPRS signal is available. The system is widely used where simultaneous data transfer between several devices must be achieved in real time.

Basic parameters and properties

  • A virtual private data network available to every customer and securely separated from the public Internet network.
  • Up to 65,535 user devices may work in one virtual private network.
  • Individual devices in the network may communicate between each other (port - port) or with the central system
  • Several user devices may be connected to the communication system via one modem. Plus each connected device may communicate in a different virtual network via its own protocol.
  • Availability of a large number of communication protocols - unnecessary data are not transferred, communication without central management is possible
  • Low acquisition cost. Operational expenses are based on the number of transferred data or only a fixed monthly fee is paid
  • Efficient compression of transfer data lowers the operational costs even further
  • Transmission secured with CRC, confirmation and packet repeating
  • Protection against unauthorized access into the virtual private network, separation from the Internet
  • Diagnostic elements of modems monitoring the communication process
